Cant play any nsp files because of "check if software can be played" (1)

Hey, I have bought a used Nintendo Switch today. It is on version 8.0.1 and was completely reset. I have followed the SDsetup guide and run Atmosphere now. But I have a huge problem - after installing nsp files via Goldleaf, I can not open the games. It always says "Check if the game can be played" and due to the disabled internet connection (I've set the DNS to manually as the guide recommends) this fails.
I have searched for people with the same problems, and it seems like it is often caused because the Switch is not marked as primary console. But this Switch is linked to an individual Nintendo account and I have not imported any profile from another switch. My SD card is also formatted on FAT32, as this seems to be another source for the problem.
I have tried to install 1,2 Switch and Super Mario Party with ignorring the firmware check, both do not work.

I hope someone can help me :/

Format the console from recovery mode to get rid of the linked Nintendo Account and don't add another Nintendo Account.

Adding the signature patches did not work unfortunately, but thanks for the advice!

I will try the formatting tomorrow, but I have got the console formatted and have tried the whole thing without a nintendo account first (i thought adding it might solve the problem). So I do not really think that this is the problem.
Is it a casual thing that hacked switches are not linked to an nintendo account?

This happened to me awhile back, idk why but my game dump was corrupt. I had to dump my cart again and installed it, it worked.

I can not exactly tell what solved the problem, but after formatting the Switch and the SD card and of course reinstalling the games, everything just worked fine. So thanks to everybody for helping me!

I'm getting this problem with just one game that came out recently, even with the sigpatches.

Yep, that fixed it for me. Something is wrong with Goldleaf.

When I try to play Pokémon pearl or Pokémon sword it says checking if title could be played. Then it fails cause my switch is banned and shows error code 2181-4008. How do i fix that
