The Spa At The Victory Club offers a mix of experiences, with some guests praising the luxurious facility and skilled therapists while others express disappointment in customer service lapses. Despite mixed reviews on receptionists and scheduling issues, many highlight the beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, professional staff, and specific recommendations for exceptional services like nail care by Marika or Perla. The spa provides various treatments including massages, facials, skin treatments, and nail services in clean private rooms with options for add-ons like microdermabrasion. Guests can enjoy pedicures with precise work from Alyssa or transformative massages from Bridget that receive high praise for relieving tension.

This spa is amazing if you get the right people in front of you. I came for months and the environment wasn't always inviting, so i stopped coming. After months of sad toes, i decided to give it another chance and I’m so glad i did! Marika is my new nail girl and she is so personable and kind, always making sure that I'm comfortable through every step! Super thankful to have found her and recommend her to anyone looking for a warm welcome and great experience for your self care day!

My husband & I went for the 1st time. The restroom was out of order. The receptionist is not welcoming. She does not like her job or she's plain lazy & can't provide & offer good service. Especially when we paid over $260 including cash tips (in which we hope the masseuse received) very nice area. After the massage we thought we walk over next door to the clubhouse. The receptionist there too. Didn't stand & abruptly asked with no welcome. "Can I help you" a Hello would have been nice. This does not give us a desire to purchase in Verrado. Though my husband & buddies golfed at Verrado. At least yhere was enjoyable & personnel were welcoming

This is a beautiful, quiet, luxurious spa in the White Tank Foothills with an incredible view of the Phoenix Valley and beyond. Even though this is in the Victory (55+) section of Verrado, it is open to the public. (Victory Members receive discounts) Other parts of the building are only open to the residents. They offer massage services, facials and skin treatments and nail services also. The treatment rooms are clean, comfortable and private. The boutique has some nice items to buy, and the receptionist is helpful and friendly. There is a communal lounge area that is relaxing and quiet. The nail salon is very clean and nice with big beautiful windows. The pedicure chairs are the best I've ever seen. The staff has always been professional, polite and helpful. This is a spa where both men and women will feel comfortable and welcome. They offer wonderful packages if you want to combine services. They also offer add on services to so you can get exactly what you want. Make sure you read the descriptions thoroughly and pick the best one for you, some of the pedicures and manicures do not come with the massage - which is the best part! Add in the Liquor & Lacquer for a relaxing beer or wine from The Vic. There are also packages that include a light lunch or snacks from The Vic. I had a facial with the microdermabrasion add on and my skin felt fabulous. It's easy to book online, or give them a call if you have questions or special requests. Have Perla or Sylvan do your nails - and tell them I said Hi! Be sure to also check out The Vic and the fabulous views. Enjoy your Journey!

I would like to start off by saying that you have a gorgeous facility and I truly wanted to love it.However, I do struggle supporting a business that has poor customer service. On October 3rd I booked a facial package for my mother and a massage for myself. I would say that I was easily going to drop about $350 with your business that day. The lady making our appointments made sure to let me know about your stringent no-show/cancellation policy. My appointment was 15 minutes prior to my mother's facial. Upon arriving, we were both asked to check in and I was taken back for my appointment. Much to my disappointment, when I was finished with my massage, I found out that my mother DID NOT receive her facial. I understand emergencies occur, life happens, things come up! But, I do expect unsavory situations to be handled with a little compassion, and probably some sort of an effort to make things right. If I didn't show up for my appointment, you made sure to let me know I would be charged the full amount but when you do not provide services it is perfectly acceptable?1. My mother drove 2 hours to visit your facility.2. It was her birthday gift.3. She was not offered a place to sit and wait for me, instead she went to her car and cried for an hour.4. She was offered the chance to reschedule. Which is fine, but considering the huge inconvenience, maybe a discount on a return visit might have been warranted.5. Maybe offer the lady $10 to go to the restaurant next door to have a drink while she has to wait for me.6. Maybe let me know, so I can leave with her. When I was checking out after my massage and rescheduling, I asked what was offered to my mother for the HUGE inconvenience. The receptionist told me they offered to reschedule. I then asked if anything else was offered, maybe a discount or a place to sit and she told me she was not authorized to do so (as my mother was sitting in her car for an hour). I kindly asked that the manager please call me. I have been patiently waiting for a phone call, 19 days to be exact. So, when I was sent my appointment reminder today asking to confirm my appointment, I cancelled. I truly enjoyed the massage therapist that worked on me and by no means should she be held accountable for poor management, but I CANNOT support a business that does not care about their customers. Your services are not cheap, so the quality of service and customer service should reflect that. There were so many things that could have been done to make this right, like a place to wait or a glass of water.

I had a great pedicure today with Alyssa!!! She was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend her!! Her work was precise. 👍👍👍
